1. Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager role is a highly visible and crucial position. It will involve hands-on involvement with product sales, with strategic overview to identify compelling business opportunities.

Key skills/experience requirements:

❭ Proven experience as a BDM or similar role.
❭ Proven ability and experience in building and executing sales strategies; identifying the correct stakeholders to drive outcomes.
❭ Experience across sales, marketing and strategic planning with the ability to build authentic relationships.
❭ Refined consultative sales skills; including, analysing the market, running effective meetings, developing high-quality proposals and securing favourable outcomes.

2. Business Development Manager | EP for Work – Sydney

The Business Development Manager for EP for Work, is a highly crucial position at Education Perfect. It will be responsible for identifying and maintaining a portfolio of high-level clients for our new EP for Work platform.

Key skills/experience requirements:

❭ 2+ Years experience as a BDM or similar role
❭ Proven ability and experience in building and executing sales strategies; identifying the correct stakeholders to drive outcomes.
❭ Experience across sales, marketing and strategic planning with the ability to build authentic relationships.
❭ Refined consultative sales skills; including, analysing the market, running effective meetings, developing high-quality proposals and securing favourable outcomes.
❭ Proven track record of business development within a Corporate, SaaS or EdTech environment

3. UX Designer – Sydney

The UX Designer will help continue to create the user-focused experience that Education Perfect has created. The role will involve validating ideas, concepts and features with users.

Required skills/experience:

❭ 3+ more years of UX design experience.
❭ A solid grasp of user-focused design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
❭ Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
